About

Blackheath Lawn Club has existed since 1885 and is a thriving and successful club situated within Rectory Fields and is part of the Blackheath Sports Club incorporating tennis, rugby, squash and cricket.

The club has 8 floodlit all weather courts, 4 are porous acrylic and 4 are artificial clay. In addition they have 3 grass courts which are available between May and September.

Club facilities include a courtside pavilion and the main clubhouse bar which is open every weekday evening and from 12.00 at weekends.

Club sessions for all peak, over 60’s, students and adult members are on Wednesdays 18.00 – 22.00, Thurdays 9.00 - 11.00 am and Sundays from 14.00 – 17.00. These allow individuals to mix in and play doubles which are changed after each short set.
