Sunday Slowdown Sound Bath with Found in Sound

About

This sound bath takes place at St Alfege Church Hall in Greenwich (which has a beautiful wooden floor, great for conducting sound) and begins with a gentle group meditation, breath work & intention setting, before moving into a sound healing featuring a mix of therapeutic instruments (such as the gong, crystal singing bowls, the voice) all played gently, to bring you into a place of rest and reflection, which many compare to a meditative state.

It is in this meditative state, that the body can do what it knows how to do best - heal. This is why sound baths can be so beneficial, as it activates the body's innate self-healing mechanisms, clearing out any stagnation, toxins, and blockages in the way of energy flow.

After the sound healing there is a brief moment of silence to allow integration before joining together as a group for some group mantra to fully energise the body.
