About
The farcical Greenwich 'talent' contest that has sought and encouraged the bizarre to the talentless, is returning for a special 'one off' show, in support of Demelza Children's Hospice.
Hosted by 'Simon Foul' (AKA 'satirist' & 'London Pantomime Horse Race' organiser Mark Biddiss), the wacky 'talent' contest also stars madcap comedy legend 'Charlie Chuck' (Uncle Pete in Reeves & Mortimer) as a virtual Judge, for the bizarre contest. Joining him in physical form will be surreal.
'Acts' confirmed include veteran comedian Martin Soan (Greatest show on Legs/Blackadder), notorious singing pensioner and TV reality star 'Jane Buckle' (Gangsta rapping Granny) plus local legends 'The Swell Girls' will be appearing alongside a plethora of unusual 'talent' that will be performing at the legendary 'Morden Arms' pub, Greenwich in the name of utterly daft fun but also to help raise money for a great cause.
Since launching in 2010, the satirical and hugely ridiculous talent contest soon reached semi-cult status in Greenwich, with the 2010 'No Talent' Final being played out to hundreds of spectators at the 'Greenwich Comedy Festival'. The satirical contest ran until 2012 but briefly returned for a one-night special in 2016.
