About

A fantastic opportunity to explore and taste a wonderful selection of wine.

Davy's Wine Vaults are delighted to welcome certified port wine educator Adam Odor to Davy’s to guide us through a carefully chosen selection of Tawny and Vintage Port from the Symington Family Estate followed perfectly with a three-course dinner with wine.

Established in 1882 and one of the leading producers of Vintage Port, Symington Family Estates are fortunate to count Graham’s, Warre’s, and Quinta de Vesuvio amongst others, under their ownership. This promises to be an unmissable evening and opportunity to discover several different styles of Port, and the fascinating methods used in the production of the world’s best Ports.

Ports to be tasted will include:
Graham’s 10-year-old Tawny
Graham’s 30-year-old Tawny
Quinta do Vesuvio 2003
Graham’s 1997
Warre’s 1985

On arrival you’ll start with an aperitif of the delicious Graham’s Fine White Port Tonic. Adam will then guide us through a port tasting masterclass, giving us a brief history of the Symington Family Estates and winemaking. The tasting will be followed by a 3-course dinner with wine pairings and is a must for any port afficionado.

NOTE: Seating at tasting events may be at communal tables.

* Spaces are strictly limited and are available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
