Greenwich Theatre: Mr Toad

About

Wise Owl Theatre brings the high-spirited and downright ludicrous tale of ‘Mr. Toad’ to the stage.

The world has held great Heroes,
As history-books have showed;
But never a name to go down to fame
Compared with that of Toad!

With ‘Toad Hall’ under threat from the sly Miss Weasel, Toads insatiable need for speed could land him in serious trouble! The story is based on Kenneth Grahame’s ‘Wind in the Willows’, and includes appearances from the story’s exquisitely drawn characters including: Badger, Ratty and Mole. A show filled with love, laughter and heart-warming lessons in friendship, MR TOAD is the perfect family treat.

The production features puppetry designs by Matthew Forbes, Associate Puppetry Director, of the National Theatre’s award-winning productions WAR HORSE.

Age Recommendation: 3+ | Running Time: 100 mins inc. interval
