Join 'Weaving the seas', a special weaving workshop for families inspired by the tapestry Feeling Blue

About

Join 'Weaving the seas', a special weaving workshop for families inspired by Alberta Whittle's tapestry 'Feeling Blue' at the Queen's House, focusing on care, climate change, and communal making.

Commemorate and highlight the ocean's vital role as our planet's largest ecosystem by hand-weaving seascapes with your family.

With activities suitable for all ages and abilities, you can contribute to a large-scale sea tapestry and create your own miniature seascape tapestry to take home.

This drop-in activity will take place in the Great Hall at the heart of the Queen's House. Find out what else you can do as a family during your visit to the Queen's House here.
