Launching the 2022 dancing season with the traditional "Easter Lifting" event around maritime Greenwich

Blackheath Morris Men will be launching the 2022 dancing season with the traditional "Easter Lifting" event around maritime Greenwich.

As well as dancing in various spots around Greenwich, they will also be reviving the ancient tradition of Chair Lifting, where lady volunteers are lifted into the air in a chair decorated with flowers.

Schedule: 
12:00 noon Cutty Sark Gardens 
1:00pm The Old Royal Naval College Visitors' Centre 
2:00pm Cutty Sark Gardens 
3:00pm Greenwich Market 
4:00pm The Ashburnham Arms for final dance and music
