About

A brand new human rights festival offering a full day of inspiration, connection and creativity.

Amnesty International UK's first ever Human Rights Festival will be taking over Woolwich Works this December. Join us to celebrate our collective power to make change happen, and set the tone for the kind of world we all want to live in - with a full day of inspiring conversation, creativity and connection.

Whether you’re completely new to Amnesty's work or a seasoned human rights campaigner, Amplify Human Rights Festival will offer meaningful opportunities for connection, with an eclectic programme of:
- Inspiring changemakers, campaigners and community leaders in conversation
- Creative workshops – get hands on and crafty for your rights
- Live music, including an exciting headline act (TBA)
- Thought-provoking workshops and masterclasses with leading activists
- Poetry
- Family-friendly activities – it’s never too early to learn about human rights!
