You'll find Greenwich Tourist Information inside the Visitor Centre, on site at the Old Royal Naval College, next to Greenwich Pier and beside the unmistakable sight of Cutty Sark. Head inside for information and advice about what things to see and the best places to go in Greenwich, London and across the UK.

We provide all the essential local information plus advice and itinerary suggestions to help you make the most of your visit, plus we sell tickets for most major London/Nationwide attractions, experiences and excursions. We also provide a left luggage service, free wi-fi, and a selection of local newspapers and magazines to keep up to date with events and exhibitions in the local area.

Buy Oyster cards for travel on tubes, buses, trains - Uber Boat by Thames Clippers and the Docklands Light Railway tickets, plus Thames River Services & City Cruises boat services, plus coach tickets for National Express and Eurolines.

Get tickets to some of London’s major visitor attractions including Madame Tussauds, the Tower of London, the London Eye and London bus tours as well as tickets for West End theatres.

You can also buy tickets for Guided walks around Greenwich that start from the Visitor Centre with Greenwich Tour Guides. There are also half and full day walks available with Greenwich Royal Tours.

Left Luggage
There’s a left luggage facility at the Tourist Information desk. It costs £5.00 per item for up to 3 hours, £8.00 per item for up to 24 hours and £10.00 per item for each additional 24 hours period. Luggage is accessible during opening hours only.

At Greenwich Tourist Information Centre we offer free WiFi. Just ask at the desk for login details.
