Greenwich Music School was founded in 2016 by Charlton residents Bethan Scolding and Ed Scolding, who are musicians and teachers. The organisation leads in music education, offering the same high quality to students of all ages and levels.

The school provides access to music education - especially for growing numbers in the local community who face hardship and barriers to music-making. Our partners and generous supporters are critical to this work.

* Greenwich Music School won the award for best Tourism and Culture organisation at the Best of Royal Greenwich Business Awards 2021, and was a finalist for the award for Excellence in Primary / Early Years at Music & Drama Education Awards 2022.
