Scrapbooking with Nature [Friday 25th October]
In this session, relax, meditate and take part in the creative workshop using natural materials to create a scrapbook.

Slowing Down for Winter [Friday 22nd November]
In this session, you'll learn from Mother Nature about self-care, self-love and compassion during the winter season and also learn to slow down, create a personalised self-care toolkit and make a symbolic token to take home, to brighten the short winter days.

Wreath Making [Friday 6th December]
Women's Nature Wellbeing Club ends 2024 with a creative session tailored to the festive season. Come along and make your own winter wreath with willow harvested from the park.
