Two Weeks to Thrive in body and mind on Greenwich Peninsula, brought to you by The Hour.

Thrive is the community wellbeing festival for all the family. Including gentle flows, Pilates, art classes, and children's sessions.

NOTE: 
​- Classes take place either outdoors or at our studio. If it's raining, outdoor classes may move to the studio in The O2 - check your emails an hour before class start times.
​- Outdoor location is Memorial Park (on corner of Reminder Lane behind The Pilot pub).
​- Studio is in Icon Outlet in The O2 (opposite The Body Shop).
​- Sessions can be booked no more than a week in advance and are on a first come first served basis.
​- Book only what you can attend in order for all of the community to access these much needed wellness sessions.
