6 Week Mindfulness Course
This spring sees Mental Health Awareness Week take place 9th to 15th May, and May is global Mental Health Awareness Month.

So, Greenwich Peninsula have something a little different for their community in the form of a 6 week online mindfulness course.

Who's the course for?
The course is suitable for anyone over the age of 16. It's ideal for those with little or no experience of mindfulness, or anyone looking to deepen their understanding.

You'll need access to a computer/phone/tablet as the course is 100% online. It's a mix of audio and visual but is suitable for those who are visually impaired.

Finally, you'll need to create an account with The Hour to get started. 

Classes & Workshops
Greenwich Peninsula is delighted to bring you two weeks of outdoor and indoor classes and workshops as part of Spring Thrive.

From kids yoga, mum and baby workouts, to outdoor barre, circuits and pilates to in studio yin yoga, we have something for everyone. Plus two very special workshops!

Booking is essential as drop-ins will not be accepted for safety reasons. Kindly check the location of each class when booking. These are subject to change, so please make sure you enter the correct contact details in order to be notified of any changes to the event.
