Starters include Juniper & black pepper venison with celeriac remoulade; Potted smoked salmon with toasted brioche; and Clementine, chicory, graceburn and toasted hazelnuts. Mains feature Whole roasted Creedy Carver duck with Cumberland jelly; Brixham halibut and lobster pie; and Jerusalem artichoke and chard gratin. Finish the meal with mulled cider; mincemeat sable, cranberry and orange semifreddo; and chocolate and Irish cream fudge.
