About
Greenwich Peninsula is the fastest growing and most vibrant part of London, bringing together culture, community, design and architecture to create an amazing 21st century space.
At the heart of the Peninsula is the world's most popular entertainment venue - The O2. See some of the biggest names in music and comedy at The O2 Arena, walk over the roof of the famous tent at Up at The O2, get up to 70% off superstar brands at ICON Outlet, and enjoy movies, ten pin bowling, trampolining and a whole street of bars and restaurants.
You can also fly across the river Thames on the IFS Cloud Cable Car, explore a colourful and contemporary exhibition at the NOW Gallery and practice your swing at Greenwich Peninsula Golf Driving Range.
Surrounded by the Thames, the Peninsula has miles of riverside walkways to wander while taking in stunning views and tonnes of famous artworks. Follow public art walk The Line and you’ll pass everything from an upturned pylon and a ‘slice’ through an old boat to Anthony Gormley's famous "Quantum Cloud".
Designed by the people behind Manhattan's High Line, The Tide is London’s first-ever elevated riverside linear park. At nine metres above Peninsula Square, you can stroll along the timber decked bridges, through native trees and giant sculptures. The route features monumental artworks from the likes of Allen Jones, Morag Myerscough and not one, but two water-themed pieces by Damien Hirst!
