Live entertainment by John Murphy, Kieran Boyle and John Walker, aka The Celtic Hearts

About

Join Tramshed this St Patrick's Day weekend for an evening of fun and live music, all in support of the Mayor of Greenwich's charity for 2023, Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice.

Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice are a local charity, caring for around 3,00 people every year, and all care is provided free of charge to people living in the Boroughs of Royal Greenwich and Bexley. They provide high-quality, compassionate care and support to people with all types of terminal illnesses, their families and their carers. Their care is delivered within the community to people at home, in care homes, their Hospice beds, local prisons and in hospital.

There will be live entertainment on the night including Irish dance and live music from The Celtic Hearts.

John Murphy, Kieran Boyle and John Walker, aka The Celtic Hearts, are a South East London trio with a passion for great Irish folk, contemporary and traditional Irish music.

Their rich vocal harmonies combined with their multi instrumental set up, including mandolin, accordion, bass guitar, whistle, violin, tenor and 5-string banjos, harmonica and acoustic guitar evoke great feeling and emotion whenever they play. They have a huge repertoire of some of the best loved Irish folk songs of the past, including some of their original tracks, written by John and Kieran in the traditional Irish style.
